Frank has been in the public accounting field since graduating Cum Laude from Loyola University in 1971. Frank established his firm in 1979 was the sole owner until late 2015, when the firm merged with Duplantier, Hrapmann, Hogan, and Maher, LLP.  Frank’s emphasis is business, tax and estate planning in addition to tax compliance and IRS conflicts. He uses his extensive expertise to assist “eccentric entrepreneurs” achieve their goals.
